In each section the author tells you what to look for in negotiating a contract, what is negotiable and what shouldn't be. He explains the reasons behind the clauses that are included in each contract so that you fully understand what you are asking for ... or potentially giving away.
This is the BEST book on the subject and should be on every photographer's bookshelf. If you don't get it, you will likely wish you had!
