Description

Entrants from 25 countries have won Mobius First Place Awards or Second Place Certificates in the competition just ended. Winners are posted on the web-site. Also, press releases on each country's win are being added to the site. This year's competition was our best ever. It attracted entries from 34 countries. The awards presentations are scheduled February 10 in Los Angeles, Calif

Complete Camargo Foundation Fellowship

Description

The Camargo Foundation maintains a study center in Cassis, France, for the benefit of fellows who wish to pursue projects in the humanities and social sciences related to French and Francophone cultures, as well as creative projects by writers, composers, visual artists (painters, sculptors, photographers, video artists, filmmakers, and new media artists).

Eligibility

�The Camargo Fellowship is a residential grant accompanied by a stipend. Fellows who need additional funds for living or research expenses should  apply for them from other sources. Fellows may not accept gainful employment that coincides with their stay at Camargo. Fees for occasional lectures or participation in seminars, and the like, are allowed.

�Fellows must actually be in residence at the Foundation. This stipulation does not preclude absences during weekends, and recesses that coincide with those of the French schools in the Marseilles-Aix-Cassis area.
