Do you have a mouthwatering, original and diabetes-friendly recipe you’d like to share? If so, we want to taste it! We’re looking for the most delicious recipes that people at risk for or suffering from diabetes can enjoy. That means high in fiber, low in fat and sugar, and of course, overflowing with gotta-have-it flavor! Recipes in any category-category-desserts, breakfasts, dinners–are welcome.

This competition is open to 49 United States and District of Columbia, and Canada, who are  18 year old or older.

Grand Prize: $1000.

    Diabetes can be prevented by just having a physically active lifestyle. Just exercise everyday and avoid eating too much. Avoid sweets and high carb foods too.
