Description New publishing company Red Telephone Books has officially opened its 2009 novel competition. The winning novel will be published by Red Telephone Books during 2010. The prize includes editing, design, marketing and distribution, with royalties being paid annually. Runner-up prizes are also offered. Submissions are welcome from any genre – the competition closes on 31st December 2009.
