The candles are lit, and we’re making a wish—that you’ll join us in marking 40 years of publication by entering Country Woman’s Birthday Cake Contest.
Send one, or several if your confection is best viewed from various angles. Capture the entire cake in the frame, and photograph it in front of a plain background. Include close-ups of any special detail, include a description of your birthday cake design, a list of materials and basic instructions to create it. (There’s no need to send a recipe.) Also explain how Country Woman stirred you to decorate the cake as you did.
This contest is open to legal U.S. or Canadian residents 18 years or older.
Each of the 3 winners in the Country Woman “Birthday Cake Contest” receives a wonderful prize:
- 1st Place: $500
- 2nd Place: $300
- 3rd Place: $200
