Let me start by saying I love this book.
There are a lot of books on goal setting and personal development. I’ve read a lot of them, so I rarely check out anything that isn’t from the handful of authors whose work I’ve been reading for years. The cover art for this book and the workbook it offered was intriguing though, so I decided to give it a whirl.
As it turns out, this book offers a lot of information that I haven’t seen in other self-improvement/goal-setting books. It also clarifies information I’ve found in other books but couldn’t fully put into practice until this one took it a step further. The author tells you how to work goals into your everyday life and most importantly he actually addresses the things that make it hard to achieve anything.
Negative beliefs and thought patterns can make all the goal setting advice in the world worthless because you won’t be able to use it. This is one of VERY FEW books that actually addresses this, and actually provides steps to get rid of them. This book is easy to read and is perfect for anyone who wants to achieve their goals and stop getting in their own way.

At first I was a bit reluctant to buy personal development books and thought it was only words that had no real consequences in the real life. But this book is really based on experiences and goes straight to the point by proposing useful tips that are really easy to apply.
