This is a very comprehensive list of vitamins and fish oil. You get plenty of information on all the B vitamins and other very important vitamins. Information such the the benefits of these vitamins, the consumption range, what happens when we don’t get enough of them, the sources and more. The book is well written, I didn’t notice any grammar error or formatting ones. The table of content works great which makes it easy to go to a particular vitamin when you want to go back and read about them and so on. Overall I think this book is very good.

This book is so helpful. I’m a health freak sometimes and I take a lot of supplements so it’s great to have this guide with all the benefits effects and dosages each vitamin prescribes. I personally take almost all of these vitamins in a pill but of course there’s nothing better than getting it from Mother Nature. So I think it’s great that the author included where we can beating these vitamins naturally.
