There are lots of books about Yoga out there , however this book covers easy to do poses and best of all poses help to relax the body and calms the mind . Since I love Yoga, I fell in love with this book for several reasons:
1 Each Pose is very easy to do. And there are easy to follow instructions .
2 The illustrations on the poses can be double tapped to fill up the page in my Kindle app.
3 The author described whay each particular pose does for the body, mind or spirit.
4 Since I was looking for poses to help with stress and anxiety , my favorite poses were pose 2 Easy Pose. This one calmed my mind and benefited me in getting rid of much of my stress. My body relaxed!
Another pose I liked is pose .15 Prayer pose. This helped me to relax and then concentrate .
Number 37 Seated Forward Bend…great for headaches.
My favorite thing about this book is that I discovered that some of the first 19 poses (not all) could be done on a Yoga mat, however I tried some of the very first ones in my bed first thing in the morning with success .
I highly recommend this book.

I recently began practicing yoga. for me, each pose is given with difficulty, all you need to delve into. I appreciated the fact that there are pictures each pose, oh me so has helped, and still contains information that makes this posture for body, mind. how it affects you. it’s important. a nice bonus for me was that some of the poses you can do in bed)) when you first woke up) I liked the book. I have been doing Yoga for quite sometime but never fully knew the purposes and extend of all of the poses. This book helped me learn how each pose would benefit me and my body. The photos provided were very helpful and easy to follow. This was made for beginners, experts, and everyone in between! This book made me want to continue doing my Yoga exercises daily and teach other people that I know are interested!
