For brunch my daughter loves when I make stuffed french toaste.First you need a fresh egg bread cut into 3 inch slices.Cut into from the bottom of bread and slice along to create a pocket. At this point you need to decide what to fill it with.My daughter like bannanas and nutells with a hot chocolate sauce.I also like blueberry with a bluberry maple syrup.after it is filled just like regular french toaste soak in a egg bath and fry till golden brown.Because it is so thick you need to soak till egg goes right through. After the pan plate ands sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
Sounds delicious! I remember as a kid thinking that just plain French Toast was a total treat. This sounds even better.
