I read part one and enjoyed it, but this one takes the cake! I’m in love with the story of Chloe and Mason. While not an “alpha” domineering guy, I wish more men like Mason existed in the world; he’s genuine, sweet, and thoughtful throughout! In short, I loved it! – Amazon Review
A Love That Was: Part II,
a white male/black female interracial romance
(A Love That Was Series Book 2)
When they were younger, Chloe and Mason fell in love, but they came from two different worlds and inevitably fell apart.
Now, nearly a decade later, fate brings them together years after they last spoke, and they have the chance to get a fresh start on their own terms as adults. After a steamy night at a friend’s wedding in Bali, Indonesia, they return to complicated lives back home in New York. But the two of them continue finding one another amongst all of the chaos of life, work, family, and friends, deciding once and for all to choose one another rather than leave things up to fate again.
But with unforgiving parents, problematic exes, and their own internal battles, it seems as though these two might never get their happily ever after…or will they?
