I couldn’t help but root for these four as they navigate new relationships, old wounds, and growing threats. They remind us there are many ways to live a life worth living, beyond the narrow paths society deems “acceptable.” Forget what’s proper – bring on the mayhem! Who doesn’t love a good anti-hero, or in this case four of them? This tale has “guilty pleasure” written all over it, and I’m here for the wild ride. – Amazon Review
To hell with labels. Being the villain is so much more fun.
Born and raised in the ostentatious metropolis of Frost, four ambitious heiresses to vast fortunes have decided to create an organization that aims to become one of the most powerful criminal empires in the country: Apocalys.
Linked by a passionate bond that goes beyond mere friendship, Victoria Cayne, Grace Hobbinson, Elena Carson and Emma Williams also share the same vision of life. Illegal racing, casinos, political corruption, what drives them is the danger, the unlimited potential, the breathtaking risks.
As the four navigate their way through this new venture, each will face new challenges that will test their resolve. A romantic interest, unresolved scars, the need to become stronger or a lurking stalker.
But just when it seems like things can’t get any more complicated, an unknown opponent threatens their entire plan. A character with the ability to communicate with you and interact with the plot will make it his priority to guide the story as he sees fit.
While your progress in the story is vital to him, will you become a new threat to Apocalys?
One thing is for certain, the underground economy is going to change forever.
