It has been over a year since I purchased this book. It took me a few weeks of looking at it before I tried it. I wish I had those few weeks back and I would have started sooner. It is now part of my morning routine. I do not believe that I have missed a day since the first day I took it serious. I have taken a few of the stretches and added them to my nightly routine. I sleep better. I feel amazing during the day. I often check to see if the author has written a new book. I would purchase it in a heart beat. -Amazon Review
