About the Author
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Dayne Ludlum studied at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater while working on writing. His career path took a circuitous and diverse route as he worked in various jobs from delivery driver to knife salesman. Today, Dayne lives in the village of Darien, Wisconsin, with his three horses, one dog and a cat. He is currently studying for his bachelor’s degree.
Dayne’s love of writing has been with him for as long as he can remember, and he was always dreaming up stories and ideas in his mind as a child, winning the Legion Award for writing a military story in High School. Now he has finally taken what was a childhood hobby to the next level with his first book.
In his free time Dayne has a wide range of interests that include photography, hiking, horseback riding, archery, swimming and working out. He writes most days and when he gets the chance to travel he takes it, whether the journey takes him somewhere else within his county or to another state altogether.
Dayne’s life is never dull. He has been free diving with wild sea turtles, hiked the Rocky Mountains and taken a solo road trip across the United States. He hopes to write more books in the future and somehow do his own little bit to change the world and make it a better, more inclusive place.
