Dr. Chris Bonney is an Anesthesiologist, coach, and author who was born and raised in Germany but now lives in Victoria, Australia, with his wife and their Dachshund, Tina. A graduate of the Friedrich Schiller University, located in the city of Jena, Germany, and from the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, he holds Specialist Degrees in Anaesthesiology and Emergency Medicine as well as a Doctorate in Medicine (MD) and a Fellowship of Anaesthesiology (FANZCA).
He has been fortunate enough to have worked as a Specialist Anesthesiologist in Germany, Australia and New Zealand during his career and has added to his skills by authoring his first book, Calm for Surgery, which is available through Amazon and which offers patients an insight into how they can prepare themselves for surgery and the recovery process after it. In his free time, Chris enjoys the adventurous side of life on the water, with white water kayaking, rafting, and body boarding among his favorites. He also enjoys more sedate pursuits that include traveling, reading, and going to Day Spas with his wife, while maintaining a keen interest in cryptocurrencies and where they are heading in the future.
As far as his own future is concerned, Chris has numerous ambitions that include traveling the world again, building a house, and learning to fly a plane, sail a boat, and dance Salsa, not necessarily in that order.
