Charlie is a fluid 5th grader whom absolutely loves art! As the school talent show approaches, she navigates bullying, newfound friendship, and self-empowerment all while preparing for her best creation yet.
This is an important story that needs to be told. I wish there were more out there like this and hope this becomes a series. It’s BIPOC and gender fluid characters are relatable to so many and it’s easy to immediately connect with the characters. The vibrant illustrations and stinking colors being the story to life. This empowering story embraces creativity and teaches some valuable lessons. Highly recommended! -Amazon Review
