One of the things humans never cracked the code to overcome is death. Even though it is destined, predetermined, and finite, no one happens to ever come to terms with it.

Losing loved ones takes us on an emotional roller coaster, even adults seem to struggle with containing themselves and may spiral into a form of withdrawal. Death leaves invisible scars on our hearts, lives, and identities, not only in a painful way but also in a memorable way. The emotions that accompany it are unique to each individual, they linger subconsciously and shape who we become…

Now with that being said, imagine death from the perspective of a little boy who lost his brother, best friend, and role model. Quite often people claim that kids don’t feel as much sorrow as adults do and that they will get over it or forget it. This book tells the story of a 13-year-old who knew nothing about grieving, a child who felt like he lost a piece of his heart there and then, an innocent boy forced to learn how to deal with his feelings and emptiness, left alone with his sadness and demons. How did this little boy adapt?

In this book, Omar Eltayeb walks us through his personal experience, and how we all go through three phases after losing someone … dying partially with your loved one, adapting unwillingly, and finally living in harmony with death willingly. However, can we really live in peace with the idea of death? And is everyone capable of finding a peaceful closure eventually?

About the Author

Omar Eltayeb is a 22 years old Author/FG Medical student,at the age of 20 years old Omar published his very first book “Dying Adapting and living with death ” which documented his personal experience with death and how he dealt with it as a 13 years old kid.

In it’s first year his book has participated in many international book fairs and captured the hearts of so many as the book was named “Khartoum’s International book fair bestseller 2021”

Omar likes to describe himself as a fictional Author,a bilingual one as he writes in both Arabic and English and have many novels that’s set to be released in this year and the upcoming one,Titles such as “Writing or Dying “, “The star to my Planet”, “???? ??????? ” and many more.
