Fear The Driving Force
Have you ever had a lofty goal or a dream that you aspired to attain and yet, to this date, you still haven’t mustered the courage to go after it? The goal could be anything, from starting a business, working out, learning a skill, to improving yourself in general. It’s because unknowingly, you have created the environment that doesn’t allow you to succeed, through your thoughts and actions.
The reason you are having trouble with making meaningful progress is because of fear. This fear is deeply rooted in your thoughts and is expressed through your action. You can’t explain it, but you feel it. Think about it; every decision you make is followed by the same question. “What if?” If this resonates with you, let’s take a journey together to identify where fear exists in your life, how it shows itself, and how it cripples your life.
This book helped me identify that feeling I’ve felt for a long time but was never able to find the perfect word to describe it. It’s crazy how this little four letter word that seems so insignificant can change your life in such a major way. Fear! Now that I’ve identified the types of fears I have, I am now starting the process to overcoming them, one at a time. My biggest fear was always of peoples opinions of the decisions I was going to make. It was so bad I just wouldn’t do anything at all. Not only did that cripple me but the people closest to me. Doing nothing can hurt you just as much as doing the wrong thing can. So I’ve started consciously working on a plan to help me overcome this fear (and others) with the help of this book. I’m SO glad I found this book! -Amazon Review
