If you are someone who lost motivation and working out, you should give this book a try. It is short and straight to the point. I understand if you are thinking not another motivational fitness book. So was I. Unlike other motivational fitness books, which can take hours or even days to read. You can read this one in about 30 minutes. I also could relate to several examples in this book. It’s as if she was talking directly to me. I am someone who has definitely lost motivation and gave up on working out.
