About the Author
Tracey Carter is an ordained evangelist, playwright, lyricist, praise dancer, choir director, cookbook author and former chef/owner of Tracey’sTaste of Heaven for 20 years. When COVID cam she had to liquidate her catering company. Since she couldn’t cook for the crowds anymore, she decided to write her 1st cookbook featuring all of the amazing she created.
She a mother of two daughters and the wife of Pastor Marvin L. Carter Jr at Plentiful Harvest Church located in Philadelphia Pa.
Originally Tracey wanted to be an actress. She trained at the Freedom Theatre School of Performing Arts and eventually became a drama teacher, playwright and the Director of Curriculum.
