About the Author
Sean Monaghan wears many hats, and one of them is being one half of Two Hats Pizza Co., A pop-up pizza tent based in Cork, Ireland. Sean loves locally produced food and fell in love with Cork, its food markets, and its producers many years ago. He has written, photographed, and made food documentaries on Irish producers for many years, and this is his first cookbook.
His first book was a travel food book called “A Taste of Cork” published in 2011.
