This book was written to guide, encourage, and empower! It forces you to find YOU! It forces you to identify your hat, or in my case hats, and ultimately your ticket to FREEDOM. The book, in general, is as an easy read…down to Earth and the author doesn’t “talk at you.” I really took a long, hard look at myself and started to truly think about the areas in my life that need some maintenance and some that need a drastic makeover (lol). I loved this book so much, I’ve read it a few times already from different lens. Now, I will read it again, along w the workbook and complete all of the reflective exercises. I recommend this book to anyone who is alive to tell the story, that means you! We will all experience tumultuous seasons, wouldn’t it be awesome to be a little more prepared to overcome them?! – Amazon Review
