Excellent book that has really helped me start my own podcast. Not having much experience in podcasting this book led me through the steps in a way anyone can understand. It was great to get the knowledge from someone who has been there and created their own podcast, sprinkling the ‘how-to’ guide with their own real world experience of actually doing it. Recommended to anyone who wants to start a podcast, and it is true there has never been a better time to do it! – Amazon Review

About the Author
Richard Heathcote was born in Birmingham, UK, although now calls leafy Warwickshire his home. (Or as he calls it, rural living but with decent broadband.) He has been a full time professional voiceover artist for over 14 years, producing audio for small, medium and large bluechip clients all over the world.
Over the course of his career, he’s become well versed in audio and video production, with a keen interest in photography too. Having been involved in podcasting now for many years, and spent countless amounts of time researching the industry and proactively creating content, it was about time some of that knowledge and experience was put down on paper to benefit others.
His first (and let’s face it, probably only) book ‘How To Start Podcasting’, is designed to be a useful toolkit for people to use as a reference point, to be able to learn about the world of podcasting in a completely digestible format – without all the unnecessary jargon.
