LaMont Arthur Tonge chose to change his life after a fateful doctor’s visit. Sick and tired of being sick and tired, he started turning his life around by eating right and losing weight!
By understanding that everything he chooses to eat should be beneficial to his body, he’s managed to shift the way he thinks about food. He’s decided to share his inspiring 115-pound weight loss journey in hopes he can reach others who suffer from less-than-ideal wellness and get them on the right path to a healthier life.
LaMont currently resides in Lebanon Kentucky with his wonderful wife and their three amazing children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and helping others get their health on track.
