About the Author
Vishal Bhanushali started his creative journey in the early 2000s as Computer Graphics artist in 3D Animation Industry. While working on some stunning Visual Effect projects he later transitioned into 3D Architecture and Interior Visualisation.
Creativity has no limits. Vishal wanted to push beyond labels, he always sought new creative mediums to express his vision, his ideas, his imagination. Thanks to his passion to experiment with new creative avenues, Vishal then found himself photographing breathtaking landscapes of India. Moving on from his decade long journey in Digital Graphics, he was travelling across diverse landscapes to discover and experience his country’s rich culture.
From someone who barely lived an outdoor life to now someone who is always jotting down his next adventure, riding solo across the country on his motorcycle.Vishal believes in challenging his own belief system. That is what lead him to one of his most ambitious expedition, spotting “The Ghost Cat” of the Himalayas. The Snow leopard. Wandering across the foothills of Himalayas during winters in a hope to catch the glimpse of this majestic Cat. Vishal finally ticked off another thing from his bucket list.
It was also on the same expedition he found another talented artist called Suchet Cherring, a musician who hosted Vishal in a beautiful village called Tabo located in the high altitude foothills of Himalaya. From an artist to another artist, Vishal wanted to share Suchet’s story.

A story of a musician wanting to save his cultural music from going extinct. To let the world know his voice, his talent and his beautiful songs. With the means of a Short Documentary called “The Himalayan Musician”, Vishal brought the musicians story to the world. And little did he new that the Short documentary would end up landing many prestigious awards from the likes of Cannes World Film Festival , Moment Invitational Film Festival and Tagore Film Festival to name a few.
There is really no label to describe what an artist can or can’t do. Vishal is yet again on a new journey to redefine his labels and laurels. I’m Michelangelo is his first Science and Fiction book that takes few artists on an unexpected adventures
