Impossible Odd’s

Steve and Marie meet online in the mid nineties.

Marie, a first time chat room visit, finds herself unexplainably attracted to a man that messaged her. Her curiosity compells her to go back in the chat room to talk to him more.

Soon they find themselves in an unusual romance that neither one can explain, but agree that they are adult enough to handle it. After visiting Oklahoma City they are more in love than they ever dreamed. Unfortunately they will face Impossible Odd’s that will challenge their love and longing to be together.

Will they overcome the Odd’s?

About the Author

Raymond Sumner (1966) Was born in Paul’s Valley, Oklahoma. The son of Lynn and Ruth Sumner.

I have always had a keen interest in writing. Beginning inspirations came early on from grade school teachers that had a love for the art. I embraced writing assignments as they were handed out and enjoyed the art of storytelling.

My favorite thing was the open range of the blank page and the ability to take that page anywhere I wanted it to go. To capture a reader’s attention and guide their imagination through the focus of the story.

I have written many pieces that have come and gone, and lost or deleted forever until I wrote Impossible Odds. It was a story I wanted to share, and hopefully, bring a reader a genuine story of fiction that would last in their imagination a long time and to spread a little love in a world that so badly needs it.

So, I introduce the characters of Steve and Marie and bring you their story to make it as you wish, and to hold in your heart some inspiration on how two people can love one another.
