I bought this book for my grandchildren. They loved the colorful and sweet illustrations. It teaches valuable lessons about respecting both their own and others uniqueness. It is a message to which children can easily understand and will help them develop empathy for other children’s feelings. – Amazon Review
Lilly The Unicorn Moves To Town is a story about a young unicorn who experiences bullying first hand.
Lilly, a young unicorn, moves to a new town and can’t wait to start the school year so she can make friends for the first time. But, Lilly quickly discovers that her new classmates would rather make fun of her horn than actually be her friend. It isn’t until her teacher, Ms. Owl, who sees how cruelly she’s being bullied, intervenes by giving the class a unique assignment that Lilly’s classmates suddenly see Lilly in a blinding new light.
You will love this heartwarming story and its lesson that teaches everyone is unique and special in their own way, just like a unicorn!
