About the Author

Ina Johnson Myers is the mother of 3 and the grandmother of 6. She is a native of Gary Indiana and currently lives in the Atlanta Metro area. She is a Combat Veteran, Author, Entrepreneur, Speaker and Certified Life Coach. This CEO of When She Rise, LLC operates a Coaching Academy geared toward helping professional women move pass the painful burdens of the toxic relationships that have impeded their career growth. Teaching them the tools needed to gain the clarity to become the powerful laser focused Business Women they were so wonderfully designed to be.

Having come from a military family, she was exposed to the military mindset at a young age. Both of her parents were WWII Veteran Heroes who served our great country. So growing up in a family of service, there was no real surprise when she (the youngest of 7 girls) joined the military herself.

Her military career stretched over 24 years, and as a Combat Veteran, she retired in 2006, having honorably served our country in multiple international Conflicts. Throughout her military career, she either traveled to or lived on 5 of the 7 continents.
