This book is about how to get rid of a gut or belly. Skinny fat is when a person is otherwise skinny but can’t figure out how to get rid of their bloated stomach.
So maybe you don’t exactly know what skinny fat means, and maybe the very term sounds like a ridiculous oxymoron to you, maybe it even sounds like the very definition of an oxymoron, but I assure you this is a problem that millions of Americans and many others all over the world are forced to deal with. Now let’s take a second and try to explain exactly WHAT skinny fat IS.
