About the Author:
Super Q is Daniela Quintana’s first children’s book, though she’s worked with children for over 20 years! She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Developmental Psychology in 2010 and since then has worked as a registered behavior technician for young kids with autism and as a preschool teacher. Working this closely with children gives Daniela the opportunity to view the world through their eyes.
After experiencing Covid with the children she works with, she knows how confusing this pandemic has been for them- which is exactly why she wrote this book!
Daniela was born in Costa Rica, but currently lives in the Bay Area in California and has for 31 years. Though this is her first book, she plans to keep writing so that she can continue to help kids understand the world around them. She loves how anything can be taught with stories and play. Be sure to keep a look out for future children’s books!
