Benjoy Brown is a father of 6 with two sets of twins, a Husband, and a all round ambitious family man.
Growing up on a small estate in Wolverhampton, England, there weren’t many opportunities out there for him to explore However, he managed to obtain a BSc Hons 1st Class degree in Building Surveying whilst holding down a full-time job raising his ever-growing family.
As you can imagine, there have been many ups and downs, highs and lows along the way which experiences prompted him to write a book to help others manage their minds and look after their mental health.
This is something very dear to him as he struggled with mental health problems himself over the years.
