The B Principle:
The strategy before the strategy
The B Principle
The B Principle is the strategy before developing the strategy pair or as I title this book the strategy before the strategy. It is a piece of knowledge that serves as a strategic approach to developing a strategy for a set of pareto principle occurrences.
Hope this will be of value to the reader and will find a guiding light when dealing with strategy development. It took me from not knowing what to do with six hundred plus line items needed to be sourced fast to a winning strategy.
