The Black Ghost
Monsters aren’t created, they are born…and this beast has beautiful eyes, a chiseled body, and vengeance surging through his veins.
In Washington, D.C., an elusive predator lures women into relationships, only to convince them to take their own lives through gas-lighting and manipulation. Detective Ether Rollins is tasked to find the killer—one who leaves behind a trail of red-headed women whose deaths were all thought to have been self-inflicted. That is, until the murderer left his calling card. This monster is unlike any other Detective Rollins has ever tracked through the bowels of the nation’s capital. He is like smoke—leaving no physical trace, without a history or criminal record. Rollins and her partner, Detective Brown, sift through the endless clues to try and locate the killer before he strikes again. But there is more to Detective Brown than Rollins could have ever imagined.
She and her partner must wade through dead ends to catch the Black Ghost, but will she capture the killer, who always seems a step ahead, in time? Or will the true danger be closer than she could have ever imagined?
