I wrote this book thinking of my two children with the intention to provide them a “how-to” guide to eliminating what I call “Fakefear” from their lives and I ended writing a book that hopefully will help others. I believe that the unproductive, paralyzing negative thoughts that we produce and only tell ourselves are what keeps us from achieving happiness and purpose in our lives. The aim of this book is to help recognize this category of thoughts I call Fakefear thoughts and put an end to them.
