The Holistic Guide to Cold-Calling is Simone’s first book and was written to help people get their businesses “phone-ready”.
With a Combined Honours Degree in English Literature & Music, Postgraduate Diploma from The Royal Academy of Music and a VoiceGym Practitioner, she has worked as a voice coach for over 20 years.
Her cold-calling experience stemmed from running new business and marketing for The Voice Gym in Southampton. She found she loved being on the phone building relationships with potential clients.
This led to her working with companies from across the marketing services sector, both B2B & B2C. Simone has been a successful new business consultant for over 20 years.
Being all about the voice, she founded The Vocal Bureau to help individuals and companies reach their vocal potential.
She can be found in the Highlands running online new business courses, telephone technique workshops and one to one voice coaching in speech and singing.
As part of her continued professional development as a holistic voice practitioner, Simone recently qualified as a naturopath, Level 1 Tissue Salts practitioner and chakra healing coach. She is also incorporating DSmile myofascial techniques into her current voice work.
