The NO Diet Transformation:
Eat what you
This is my weight loss journey with helpful tips to begin yours. Never once did I give up the foods I love because I don’t have the desire for diets.
From the very humble and chunky beginnings, this will be your guide to take similar steps to reduce your fat, live healthier and really be proud of YOU! No fad diet, no impossible workouts, no bull. I was 44 years old and feeling every bit of the weight I had accumulated over the last 20 years.
Fast forward a year and I couldn’t be more happy. I personally lost over 60 pounds, I feel amazing and proud to go to the beach or pool. My energy levels have increased and I am SO glad I took that initial step to a life changing makeover. If I can do it by eating the foods that I love and making some small adjustments activity wise, ANYONE can do it!
About the Author
My name is Matthew Gossett. Most people call me “Goose”. I was an avid baseball player growing up and I got that name because my pitching style was very similar to a famous pitcher, Goose Gossage. As the years went on, my favorite alcoholic beverage of choice, coincidentally became Grey Goose and the name has continued on. I have always had a passion for writing. whether it be poems for future girlfriends, or essays for school, I enjoy putting my thoughts to paper/text. In fact, I would rather text someone than pick up the phone and make a call. That being said, this new age where everything is digital makes it so much easier for me to be heard. Since my baseball days were over to a sudden onset of a dibilatating disease, I gained a lot of weight over the last 20+ years. One day, I looked in the mirror and literally called myself out. From that moment on, I wanted change. So I did what I do best and researched. I looked at all the fad diets and decided that none of them were for me, so I created my own program which I share with my readers here on Amazon.
I will be expanding my eBook portfolio to include some other health and fitness related stuff as well as some romance type writings. I look forward to getting my mind out there for all readers to enjoy and thanks for taking the time to read this.
