About the Author

Britta Dewey ‘m am Arizona native with a crew of rowdy kids. I received a BA in American history at ASU, declined admittance to law school, and ran a successful artisan soap business before finally working up the nerve to go all in on writing novels. When I’m not writing, I like to drag my family out on ridiculous hikes. I will go so far as to plan entire vacations around hiking, I’m that into it.

My debut novel, WORLDTORN, is a YA contemporary fantasy featuring an out-of-her-depth heroine doomed to self-sabotage yet unwilling to buckle under the weight of failure and disappointment. It launched on Kindle Vella on April 24th, 2023 and will be available in ebook format sometime after March of 2024. I’m currently writing the second installment in the three-part series, which will first launch on Kindle Vella in late March of 2024, and later be available as an ebook as well.
